Are your products genuine?
One More Round are authorised online retailers of all the products we sell, everything we order is 100% genuine and sold at a competitive price. We guarantee that we will never sell cheap imitations or fake goods.
How can I tell if a product is in stock?
All products that are visible on the One More Round website should be available to buy. Please note however, on very rare occasions due to high demand, a product may still be visible and available to buy when it has in fact been sold out and our stock system hasn’t updated quick enough.
Will my payment be secure?
All One More Round website online payments are taken through secure payment gateways PayPal and Amazon Pay; both payment gateways are widely used and offer buyer protection on transactions.
Is it possible to pay for my order over the phone or via email?
All One More Round orders must be paid for online via the payment gateways listed above. It’s not possible for our customer care team to take payments over the telephone or via email.
Do you offer a Price Match service?
All products on the One More Round website are priced at our discretion in line with each brands Recommended Retail Price (RRP). We will review price match requests on the condition that the retailer is an authorised online reseller based in the UK, the product is in stock and that the delivery terms match One More Rounds delivery options. To honour a price match, the request must be made prior to the order being placed. We’re unable to refund your order to match the price of another online retailer once the order has been placed, processed or dispatched.
Do you offer any discounts?
From time to time we'll share promotional discounts. When using a promotional code on our site please be aware that only one code can be used per transaction, the code will not be valid against sales items (unless specified otherwise) and that the code will have an expiry date. We recommend signing up to our email newsletter to receive the latest news and offers straight to your inbox.
Why can't I place my order?
If you’re experiencing difficulties placing your order online it could be down to any of the following reasons:

• a problem with the way you’re trying to pay for the order
• the details you have input

What happens once my order has been placed?
Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive email confirmation with your order reference number. Once the order has been packed and dispatched you will receive a second email with the parcels tracking details.
